Want to turn Cora off for a few days, stop the filtering, and get every email in your inbox with nothing archived or sorted? That is what Pause Cora does. It is a per-account switch in your Cora account settings, not in your Every account settings, and you do not need to contact support to use it.
Turning off Drafts is not the same as pausing. The Drafts setting only controls whether Cora writes reply drafts. It does not stop Cora from categorizing, archiving, or briefing your email. To stop all of that, use Pause Cora as described below.
Need to temporarily stop Cora from processing your emails? You can pause and resume anytime.
How to pause
Go to Account Settings
Select the Gmail account you want to pause
Click "Pause Cora"
What pausing does
Immediately stops fetching new emails
Halts all categorization and processing
Stops Brief generation
Preserves all existing organization
Maintains all your settings and rules
What pausing doesn't do
Doesn't delete any data
Doesn't remove Gmail labels Cora created
Doesn't cancel your subscription
Doesn't affect other connected accounts
How to resume
Go to Account Settings
Click "Resume Cora"
Processing resumes immediately and catches up on emails received while paused.
