Which email providers does Cora support?
Cora works only with Gmail and Google Workspace accounts (any address whose mail is hosted by Google). Every account you connect must sign in through Google.
Not supported and cannot be connected: Apple iCloud Mail, Microsoft Outlook or Exchange, Yahoo Mail, ProtonMail, or any other non-Gmail provider. This applies to secondary accounts too: a second account must also be a Gmail or Google Workspace account. There is currently no IMAP option.
You can still read and send mail from any client you like (Apple Mail, Superhuman, the Gmail app). Only the mailbox itself has to be Gmail-based.
Cora can handle multiple Gmail accounts, each with its own settings and organization.
Account limits
Professional: Up to 2 Gmail accounts (included with Every subscription)
Unlimited: No limit on Gmail accounts
I need to connect more than 2 accounts. How do I upgrade?
If you are on Professional (or have Cora Professional included with your Every subscription) and want to connect 3 or more Gmail accounts, upgrade to Cora Unlimited:
Go to cora.computer/pricing
Select the Unlimited plan. Every subscribers see a special discount automatically.
After the upgrade completes, return to Account Settings and connect your remaining Gmail accounts.
Adding a Gmail account
Go to Account Settings
Click "Add Gmail Account"
Authorize through Google OAuth
Configure account-specific settings
Switching between accounts

Each account has its own context and chat history with the Assistant.
What is separate for each account
Each Gmail account maintains independent:
